A blend of 4 vintage Muscats made from both black and white from the Lowes peak vineyards in Mudgee. Crushed fruit was fermented for 24 hours before fortifying with the best brandy spirit. Each vintage was aged separately in old barrels in the old shearing shed on the farm ( muscat needs to heat up in summer and cool down in winter) before blending from selection of individual barrels took place.
