Tasting Notes
Tinja range This dry land Shiraz Merlot Cabernet was fermented in traditional open fermenters before maturing in 2500ltr American oak casks and hogsheads. Aromatics of blueberry and allspice overlay a densley textured palate with distinctive fine grained savoury Mudgee tannins.
