Tinja Organics

One farm, many flavours...

At Tinja Organics, we believe passionately in a healthy landscape and the highest quality seasonal, flavourful meat.

The two are so closely bound that the flavour of our products is of the land itself, the native grasses and herbs varying with the seasons from lush Spring to more concentrated Summer and Autumn flavours.

We also believe that an association with one farm and the changing flavours of our meat – from milk fed lamb through hogget and mutton, through yearling beef to 3-year-old steer – will give people an new understanding of flavour, and of the land, animals and people that supply it to their table.

Tinja is an original Mudgee property held by the Lowes for six generations. Farmed now by David Lowe (winemaker) and Jane Wilson (vet/winemaker), the vineyard, winery and property is one of the loveliest in the region. It is Certified Organic and the biodynamic principles we follow help promote the knowledge of sustainable farming in the region.
