We have a firm commitment to restoring the habitat and preserving the beauty of the farm. From fencing off 2 km of double frontage to the Cudgegong River and the rare old river gums, to stabilising erosion gullies, managing grass cover and planting windbreaks and wildlife corridors, we will have 30% of the farm under regenerating tree habitat within 3 years.
LIVING THE LANDSCAPEWe live and farm in this community; not just animals but grapes and wine as well. The farming community in the Central West is innovative and passionate, the art and wine community equally so.
The artworks in this brochure illustrate our shared love of landscape from Rowen Matthews’ flowing Mudgee landscapes, Luke Sciberras’s lighthearted drawings of Beryl (the pig) to Ian Marr’s wonderful slate landmarks.
We intend this farm to be viable, vital and sustainable in the truest sense of the word.
